TwelveStone Health Partners is dedicated to managing the infusion requirements of patients while ensuring a seamless continuum of care, encompassing intake, evaluation, treatment, and the conclusion of their visit.
Our primary emphasis is on the secure and effective administration of biologic therapies (such as Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), alongside a comprehensive array of infusion services that include antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids.
Occasionally, there may be a necessity for sterile dressing changes and laboratory draws.
We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Infusion Specialist to join our team.
This role involves being the Registered Nurse responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of infusion therapy to patients experiencing chronic conditions and acute medical issues.
We welcome RNs from diverse medical backgrounds who possess a positive demeanor, ideally with exceptional IV skills, and hold an active nursing license.
The anticipated work schedule will consist of four 10-hour shifts weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IV infusions in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Initiate IVs and monitor patients throughout the infusion process.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records.
- Provide clear patient instructions and education regarding infusion protocols.
- Create a positive, calming, and professional atmosphere.
- Ensure a highly organized, safe, and clean workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with a supportive team, including our Centralized Intake/Prior Authorization team, Purchasing Team, Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy team, and on-site Mid-Level providers to deliver the best possible patient experience.
Registered Nurse license in the State of TN is required, with a minimum of one year of RN experience in ICU, Oncology, Emergency Room, or Infusion settings preferred. BLS certification is required, and CRNI certification is preferred.
