Position Details:
Walk-ins are always welcome We will guide you through the application process and conduct interviews on the same day.

Role Purpose:
Warehouse associates are integral to our company's achievements.

They engage actively, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth flow of products through our distribution system while upholding quality standards.

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will oversee and ensure the precision and sufficiency of inventories for the Operating Company.

This role involves compiling and maintaining records regarding the quantity, type, and value of materials, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counts of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and update total inventory records.
- Compare physical inventories with office records or compute figures from documentation.
- Verify clerical calculations against physical stock counts and rectify discrepancies.
- Compile records of receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
- Monitor inventory rotations and provide recommendations as necessary.
- Prepare reports including inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
- Review and analyze daily reports.
- Maintain shrinkage at or below company standards.
- Create lists of depleted items and suggest surveys for defective or unusable items.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in mathematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess intermediate computer skills.
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
- Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from various heights, weighing between 10-35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds, depending on the location.
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
- Must pass post-offer drug screening and background check.
