Stockroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team at Kalitta Air, LLC. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately completing incoming and outgoing freight transactions, verifying quantities and part numbers, and ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.

1. Accomplish incoming and outgoing freight transactions, accurately completing Kalitta Air receiving documents in accordance with established procedures.
2. Verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, and conditions of inbound and outbound shipments.
3. Select an appropriate carrier based on delivery requirements to ensure on-time, economical delivery.
4. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
5. Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
6. Separate delivery and pick-up shipments for various departments.
7. Prepare and package material for shipment in accordance with Company procedures, 49 CFR, and IATA Dangerous Goods.
8. Ensure that inventory balances remain accurate by proper completion of Kalitta Air documents.

This position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. HAZMAT training is preferred, but not required. Forklift truck experience is also preferred. Aviation experience is not required but is a plus.
