Job Title: Early Childhood Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Clinical Therapist to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with young children and their families to provide evidence-based therapy services in a community-based setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and be licensed or licensed-eligible to practice as a mental health clinician. You will have experience working with children and families, preferably in a community-based setting. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to young children and their families in a community-based setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology).
  • Licensed or licensed-eligible to practice as a mental health clinician.
  • Experience working with children and families in a community-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
