Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Neuro ICU

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with critically ill patients who have a range of neurological diagnoses, including neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury.

About the Role

This is a 12-hour night shift position, and we are looking for a nurse who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who work together to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Care for critically ill patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Engage in unit-based research efforts recognized globally
  • Participate in flexible/unit-based schedules that do not require floating to other units

Requirements
  • BSN preferred
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required
  • Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
  • This position requires you to work a day/night rotation shift
