About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Mass General Brigham. As a Level II Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Neuro ICU or similar setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
