Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse, including managing staff, coordinating logistics, and implementing quality control measures. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with transportation teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
