Job Summary

McLane Company is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. This role involves operating industrial forklifts to transport materials throughout the distribution center and ensuring accurate product placement.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with heights. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for retrieving and transporting products to assigned slots, identifying products to be selected, sorted, and placed, and following aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $21.25 per hour, with opportunities for extra incentives based on schedule and department assignments. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance, available after 60 days of employment. We also offer a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days and paid holidays, vacation time, and educational assistance programs.

Requirements
