- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition periodically
- Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform quality rounds on medications and supplies
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
- Previous critical care experience highly preferred
