We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team at iCIMS Organic ZipApply. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cashiering functions, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Manage and maintain accurate cash handling procedures, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of cage inventory, including chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window, and booth inventories.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including adherence to Seminole Gaming's policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in cash handling and inventory management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of mobility and attention to detail. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift.
