Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse

NeoGenCare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to provide direct patient care in the patient's home under the supervision of a physician. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health Agency experience with relevant experience treating pediatric patients, as well as the ability to care for adults and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the patient's home, following start of care plans and providing treatment, discharges, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Associate, or Undergraduate degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health Agency experience with relevant experience treating pediatric patients.
  • Ability to care for adults and geriatric patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
