As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to assess the impact of marketing strategies and provide regular updates to the firm's leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Brand Management: Uphold and protect the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Direct the firm's digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence.
- Online Presence Management: Monitor and optimize the firm's visibility on various professional directories.
- Content Development: Collaborate with team members to produce engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, and case studies, to showcase the firm's expertise.
- Project Coordination: Create and manage project timelines, track progress on marketing campaigns, and assist in executing various marketing initiatives.
- Client Engagement Strategies: Formulate and implement marketing strategies focused on client retention and referrals.
- Print Marketing Management: Supervise the firm's print marketing activities, including advertisements and promotional materials.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of each marketing channel, generating reports and dashboards to communicate results to leadership.
- Technology Management: Assist in optimizing the use of the firm's CRM and other marketing technologies.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Overseeing website content and ensuring regular updates.
- Supporting marketing staff in achieving objectives through effective advertising and communication strategies.
- Maintaining social media platforms and engaging with the audience.
- Producing written content for various marketing channels.
- Reporting on website and social media metrics and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in diverse marketing strategies and channels.
- Experience with marketing management tools, including CRMs.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative mindset with innovative approaches to legal marketing.
- Passionate about staying updated with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
