Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in a home health setting.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide direct treatment to patients, including screenings, evaluations, and family/caregiver training
  • Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state-issued professional licensure
  • Valid state driver license
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
