Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in a home health setting.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide direct treatment to patients, including screenings, evaluations, and family/caregiver training
- Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certification
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred
