  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve issues with battery and charger systems, and perform repairs at customer locations and Concentric LLC facilities.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete accurate and detailed work orders and customer-facing documentation, adhering to Concentric LLC's standard operating procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety requirements and regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of basic AC and DC electrical/electronic theory, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, with frequent walking, standing, and reaching.
