Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative who embodies our values of compassion and efficiency. In this role, you will be the welcoming face for our patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Facilitate the check-in process for both new and returning patients, notifying clinical staff of their arrival.
  • Gather essential information from new patients, including registration forms and medical history.
  • Address inquiries from walk-in patients and provide them with necessary information.
  • Review and adapt the daily clinic schedule as needed.
  • Communicate our cancellation policy clearly to patients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in patient services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month.
