About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can utilize your sales and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences
* Recommend vehicles that meet customer requirements from our vast inventory
* Guide customers through the car buying process, ensuring a seamless transition between online and in-store experiences
* Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in delivering exceptional customer service

**What You'll Need:**
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail or related field
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and flexible scheduling

**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for performance-based sales incentives and career growth within the company.

**Location:**
Wisconsin, specifically within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.

Salary: Estimated $50,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience.
