About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of a variety of hot and cold food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion food items to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate a range of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Taste and evaluate food products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Select and prepare recipes for menu cycles, taking into account nutritional and dietary requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
