Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As an Estate Paralegal, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting and reviewing essential legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis pertinent to estate and trust management.
  • Coordinating with clients, court officials, and other stakeholders involved in estate and trust matters.
  • Organizing and maintaining comprehensive client files and records.
  • Preparing estate and inheritance tax documentation.
  • Assisting with probate court submissions and proceedings.
  • Providing general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and calendar management.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Estate Paralegal position, candidates must possess the following:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in trusts and estates.
  • A thorough understanding of estate planning and probate regulations.
  • Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to estate planning, including wills and trusts.
