Job Overview

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management and operations of our security program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various Legislative Branch Organizations on security matters.
  • Develop and review written procedures compliant with established policies.
  • Develop, review, and revise general security policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing SCIF security policies and procedures.
  • Provide routine management for a SCIF and classified information security program.
  • Conduct security briefings and training sessions for personnel accessing classified information.
  • Participate in security audits and inspections, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in incident response and reporting, including investigating security breaches.
  • Provide support and guidance to security staff and other personnel on security-related matters.
Requirements
  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Minimum of six years of relevant multi-disciplined security experience, including physical security, SCIF, secure room management, information security, and policy development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
