Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families in accordance with the nursing process and BRN scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in neonatal care and to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of recent NICU experience.
  • RN licensed to practice in the State of California.
  • BLS, NRP, PALS certifications.
