Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

Job Overview
Nursefinders is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for NICU patients
- Administer medications and perform complex procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with current RN licensure
- ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE certifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
