Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with students in a school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and strategies to support their behavioral and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA practices and strategies to support students with behavioral challenges
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in a school setting
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
