Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training and facilitation services to USAID staff and partners.
  • Design and develop curricula and course materials for in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Provide technical support for virtual production, including web conferencing software and virtual applications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior advisors to plan, design, and develop learning programs.
  • Contribute to the development of course content for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in international development, with a focus on USAID projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of USAID policies and procedures, particularly ADS 200, ADS 201, and ADS 308.
  • Experience with virtual production and web conferencing software.
  • Ability to deliver training in a variety of time zones, including EST, GMT, GMT+2, GMT+3, and GMT+7.
