Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Ensure that customer needs are prioritized by exemplifying our service culture. Educate clients about our diverse product range and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate management.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately handle cash transactions, manage a cash drawer, and ensure compliance with all financial protocols. You will also be responsible for processing loan applications in accordance with company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company and state regulations, ensuring that all transactions and customer interactions meet required standards.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and following up on applications or issues as necessary.

Qualifications:
