Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation and support in the community, including outings, field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
  • Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration
  • Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
  • Assist with vocational responsibilities and support individuals in achieving their developmental goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of background checks
  • Reliable and responsible attitude
