Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials
  • Provide guidance and feedback to employees to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
  • 3 years' experience in a construction or industrial environment is preferred
  • Previous experience operating forklifts, skid steers, loaders, or similar equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish is preferred

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
