About the Job

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to fill a travel position in a Memphis, Tennessee medical facility.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek, requiring an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Position patients correctly for optimal image quality
  • Monitor and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements
  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist
  • Experience working in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
