Job Opportunity: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

About the Job:

Skyline Med Staff Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray machines
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent work history in a diagnostic imaging setting
  • Current BLS/CRP certification through American Heart Association
  • Active License in the state of the job location
