About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team at RTX. As a key player in our production process, you will be responsible for assembling components with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies according to customer order.
  • Perform routine and standard tasks with minimal assistance, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Read and assemble per standard work or blueprint instructions, with some guidance from senior team members.
  • May track and receive required parts for product area, and check stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
  • Participate in team stand-ups and use safe ergonomic practices in performing job duties.
  • May pack finished product into designated carton and participate in EHS risk reduction activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
