Role Description:

  • Engage in repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or basic electromechanical assembly, requiring precise manual dexterity to uphold assembly quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within the workplace.
  • Receive components for assembly and/or testing in a systematic manner.
  • Assemble mechanical or electrical components with careful hand and equipment coordination.
  • Work on all variations of in-house standard products.
  • Follow assembly and testing instructions, including color coding and thread tapping.
  • Utilize basic hand or power tools along with simple jigs and fixtures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct regular housekeeping audits to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and equipment.

Work Schedule:

2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM with potential overtime after training.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience.
