Key Responsibilities:


Deliver resident care in accordance with established nursing standards and the individualized care plan, as well as the physician's treatment directives.

Implement care plans developed by our Nurse Manager

Administer medications and treatments as outlined in the plan of care

Monitor residents' health status and report findings

Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with provided orders

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

COVID Vaccination Required

Must hold a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Pennsylvania.

A minimum of one year of nursing experience

Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and regulatory agencies


Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and the laws and regulations governing nursing care facilities.

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, along with a willingness to collaborate harmoniously with other staff members.
