• Assist patients with essential daily activities, including eating and bathing.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and perform basic medical care tasks such as wound cleaning and dressing.
• Collect laboratory samples as required.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families to offer guidance, comfort, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or in a similar capacity.
• Ability to perform a variety of care tasks and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements and nursing best practices.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology and hospital protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate demeanor and capability to manage stress effectively.
• Successful completion of an LVN licensing program is mandatory.
