Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to gather insights, convert user requirements into precise technical specifications, and devise creative solutions for new product functionalities.
  • Develop comprehensive and clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that serve as a detailed guide for our software engineering teams.
  • Lead the product roadmap initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while acting as the Product Owner for your agile team.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, while continuously identifying opportunities for product improvement.
  • Provide strategic support to sales, marketing, and client services by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure collaborative and successful partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Execution or Order Management System (EMS/OMS) development, showcasing a robust technical background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product design, business analysis, or product management.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is highly regarded.
  • A proven history of understanding client needs and translating them into actionable product backlogs for Scrum teams.
  • Expertise in product design principles and processes, along with a solid grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
