Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Units: Conduct thorough inspections of rental units to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine painting, repair, and replacement tasks to ensure units are in good condition.
  • Handle Tools and Equipment: Safely handle and maintain tools and equipment, including hand and power tools.
  • Assist with Repairs: Assist with repairs and replacements as needed to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
