If you are a dependable person who takes pleasure in helping others, eager to develop your skills, and possess prior experience in caregiving, you may be the ideal candidate for our organization.

We are currently in search of Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

We are actively recruiting in the Columbia area, especially in LEXINGTON.

Available shifts are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

Each client has distinct requirements, so the responsibilities may differ. We aim to pair our caregivers with clients they can assist comfortably. Typical duties may include:

  • Supporting Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Performing light housekeeping and preparing meals
  • Managing appointments and providing reminders
  • Conducting range of motion exercises
  • Assisting with transfers and using lifting devices
  • Monitoring vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Providing support in walking when necessary
  • Administering medications
  • Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
