Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

Soliant is seeking highly skilled Behavioral Aides to support students with behavioral challenges in a school district in the Pike Creek area. As a Behavioral Aide, you will work closely with a team of professionals to provide individualized support and interventions to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with behavioral challenges
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Implement ABA therapy techniques and strategies to promote positive behavior change
  • Document student progress and behavior data
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with behaviorally challenged children
  • Experience with ABA therapy techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
