Job Overview

Position Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Role Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure optimal presentation and availability of products in retail environments. This includes managing stock levels, organizing displays, and maintaining effective communication with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff through regular follow-ups on requests and discussions about pricing, promotional programs, and new initiatives.
  • Efficiently fill, arrange, and rotate products on shelves and displays according to established guidelines and promotional activities.
  • Organize the backroom area by categorizing products by case and SKU, and manage the return of empty pallets and outdated items.
  • Keep accurate records of product cases and hours worked at each location.
  • Report any issues or concerns to Sales Representatives or the District Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage product displays.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Knowledge of market trends and product specifics.
  • Ensure all products are labeled with shelf tags.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Ability to work well with diverse customers and meet varying expectations.
  • Readiness to operate in a dynamic and physically demanding setting.
