LPN Team Lead for Geriatric Care

Regency Senior Living is seeking a skilled LPN to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. This role involves coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
About the Role:
The LPN will be responsible for implementing physician orders, assigning tasks to team members, and evaluating their performance. They will also administer medications, perform treatments, and document resident conditions in accordance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements individualized care plans for residents
* Assigns and oversees the work of clinical staff members
* Ensures timely completion of medical procedures and treatments
* Maintains accurate records of resident interactions and interventions
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
* Valid LPN/LVN license in the state
* CPR certification
* One year of experience in nursing preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
