Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Administrative Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service by receiving and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and direct customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Work with branch employees to troubleshoot customer concerns
  • Document customer calls and follow up to ensure concerns are resolved
  • Assist the accounting department with data entry and accounts payable review as needed
  • Provide general office support, including maintaining files, data entry, and other clerical duties
Requirements
  • Exceptional telephone skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Computer skills, including keyboarding, 10-key, and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
