Job Summary:
Banner Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of highly trained Cardiologists located at the Arcadia Banner Health Center Plus Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients' clinical care, perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, educate patients, and conduct research.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with physicians and other clinicians to provide excellent patient care.
- Participate in clinical management, performance of procedures, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications, educate patients, and conduct research.
Requirements:
- APP experience in Critical Care, Cardiology, Obesity Medicine, or Endocrinology.
- Outpatient experience in an ambulatory setting.
- Current Board Certification and Current Arizona License.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances.
- Patient-focused, independent, and willing to collaborate in a team environment.
