Job Summary

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum subject matter experts, marketing, and school leadership, to drive product success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and articulate the strategic vision for mobile app products, defining the roadmap to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, specification, and launch to adoption and performance, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
  • Conduct customer research and engagement activities to gather feedback and determine product requirements, ensuring user-centric design and functionality.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration for both new and existing mobile app products.
  • Develop and execute engagement tactics such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized user experiences to enhance user retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of related professional experience, 5+ years managing specific area; Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field.
  • Recognized industry certification in Product Management.
  • Experience launching 0>1 products to B2C and B2B market.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Proven success driving change management for new product features among existing customers.
