We're seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Part-Time Lead Trendsend Stylist to join our EVEREVE team at Fashion Island. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Trendsend box styling service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, embodying our core values of HEART (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, and Tenacity) to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE experience.
- Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
- Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and company announcements on StoreIQ.
- Review customer profiles in detail, curating 6-8 pieces specific to each customer's body type, lifestyle, and personal requests.
- Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers, providing styling tips, tricks, and end uses.
- Oversee and inspect the quality of products, processing returns and communicating with the Care Team as needed.
- Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan, maintaining a Sales Per Box average of $185 and a 2.2 Items Kept per Box rate.
- Previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company is preferred.
- Passion for product and love of fashion and trend.
- Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment.
- Strong instinct for reading people's sense of style, fashion level, and wants.
- Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
