Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides primary patient care and supervision for other care team providers on the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit at Della Infotech. The ideal candidate will possess a current Alaska nursing license and have experience in OB/GYN nursing. The RN will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing the nursing process to plan and provide total, direct patient care to patients on the nursing unit according to established standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary patient care and supervision for other care team providers
Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide total, direct patient care to patients on the nursing unit
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Current Alaska nursing license
Experience in OB/GYN nursing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Certifications:

ACLS
BLS
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Rate certification
STABLE certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of OB specialty experience (including postpartum couplet care)
