Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing Group HSE rules, conducting compliance self-assessments, monitoring KPIs, and participating in HSE communication efforts. Additionally, they will lead general training sessions on HSE themes and investigate incidents to determine corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree with an HSE specialization or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2+ years of HSE or related experience is required, as well as proficiency in HSE tools and methodologies. You should also have knowledge of national regulations and standards specific to the scope of your activity.

Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
