Exercise Physiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Louis A Weiss Memorial Medical Center, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs for patients with cardiovascular disease.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized exercise plans
- Instruct patients in proper exercise techniques and provide education on risk factors and prevention of cardiovascular disease
- Participate in cardiac outreach programs and coordinate wellness and fitness programs
- Perform and analyze fitness testing, including strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular testing
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop a plan of care for each patient
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology, Master's degree preferred
- CPR certification
- American College of Sports Medicine – Exercise Specialist Certification, preferred
- ACLS preferred
- Experience monitoring ECG
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and customer delivery skills
