As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and pain management, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and develop strategies to prevent complications and promote patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current APRN licensure and certification in a relevant specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- A competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000 per year, based on experience.
