**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Rumble Boxing. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with new membership sales, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and emphasize the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members and book quality appointments to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in special events to promote the club and develop selling skills.
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions and follow up with prospective clients.
- Input inventory for retail clothing and other items and attend training programs.
- Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales experience and communication skills.
- A warm, welcoming, and engaging personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Proficient in using the ClubReady software system and fluent in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Authorization to work in the United States required.
