We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Controlling Employee to join our team at Infinity Systems. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic decisions through accurate financial planning and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide expert support in the preparation of budget planning and annual financial statements.
- Independently manage special funds and programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain reporting for internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Drive the digitalization of finance-related processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Perform target/actual comparisons, deviation analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on controlling.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with SAP S/4HANA (a plus).
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and can present data in a recipient-oriented manner.
- You are a team player with a high level of professionalism and a passion for finance and controlling.
