POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Environment Experts are adept in various housekeeping tasks, responsible for upholding the aesthetic and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

They are empowered to navigate their environment and take initiative in their duties.

Whether it involves fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, or similar tasks, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Regardless of the role, certain elements are essential for success: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication.

Guest Environment Experts will be active throughout their shifts, requiring them to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and engage in hands-on tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).

Performing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is crucial for Guest Environment Experts to deliver exceptional service to our guests and support our business objectives consistently.

The compensation for this role is $21.14 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
