Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse
- CPR certification
